What is a Coastal City Home?

White Challis Redevelopment focuses on urban redevelopment in historic areas. Coastal City Homes are built in historic areas that have close proximity to entertainment, dining, shopping and culture. The residences are spacious, creative and well-appointed, and are compared to the brownstones you would find in larger metropolitan areas.

How do I learn more about what is happening in and around the neighborhood?

The Jack White Land Company specializes in the historic urban areas. The Lenox Park neighborhood is one that is close to both downtown and the boardwalk district. Numerous great local restaurants, shopping, cultural venues, parks and other exciting venues are only a short distance away. What are the main features of this project?

Construction Type - Block, Green Construction Features, Rooftop Garden, 2 Car Garage, Close Proximity to Natural and Cultural Amenities.

Are the rooftop areas private?

Yes. This project gives you the option to enjoy your own unique rooftop garden.

How do I select options for the homes?

We will have a design area where you will have the opportunity to choose your own creative and unique residence. We offer a variety of options from a designer unit to a vanilla package. No two units are alike so be ready to come with some creativity.

How long will it take to build once construction begins?

Construction will last between 9 months to 1 year.

Where do the residents park?

Each unit has a two-car garage accessible by private alleyway at the rear of the unit.

Where are the nearest parks?

There are two parks within a couple blocks form this project. Lenox Park is a 3-acre, multi-use park with a walking trail. Sunsplash Park is an Oceanfront park with a splash zone.

What are the steps and timeline if I were interested in buying a unit?

A reservation will secure your unit. A month before construction we will decide on unit finishes and final pricing. It will take 9 months to a year to build. We will close shortly following receiving a certificate of occupancy on your new unit.
